You must make a separate 2025 and 2026 benefits election to ensure you are enrolled in your preferred benefits for each plan year.
Please review the dual enrollment flyer for instructions on enrolling. You have 15 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. After that, you will have 15 days to submit your 2026 benefit elections.
